A little project for SolarFlare Labs around the Covid pandemic, to track an QR code and overlay an AR animation, playing with the black pixels in the QR code.
Coded everything in Javascript and used AFrame for the AR tracking. Modelled the various shapes that the pixels form into using Blender and used the vertex positions as the morph targets.
